You must spot the anomaly that appears in you room, the more anomaly that are pressent the higher your heart rate goes.

If your hear rate goes above 180 then you will lose.

Contols: 

Use mouse to look around and when abnormal activity happen

point mouse toward it and hold Mouse 1 for 2 seconds.
